Normally watch episode of ‘This Old House’ followed by 1/2 hr cooking show, usually either Lidia Bastianich - Italian dishes/meals or Pati Jinich - Mexican Foods on PBS sister channel station (12.2) Phila., Pa. Both cooking programs are very good. Before that, watch ‘Hill St. Blues’ for coupla hrs 3am - 5am on Heroes & Icons over-air-antennae 2.4 channel.
