Ha! Never seen that word before. Thx for reply :-)

Music Equipment My turntable is a 'Third Man Records' player with no speakers attached, ie, sorta like what your older or younger sister had in the 70s to play the group Bread, Copacabana song by Barry Manilow, or even the 'Shadow Dancing' single by younger brother Andy Gibbs. Ha! Anyways bought the GBV - Abridged Suitcase LP (Captain Kangaroo Wins) about a year ago and was never particularly fond of it but yesterday, on my Birthdate, downloaded the free 22song lp onto my tablet & wow! it's really good! Ok. Bye.
Re: {FallNet} Music Equipment
I got my daughter one of those record players for Xmas either this
past year or the one before, mainly because she's a big Jack White fan
and has actually visited Third Man Studios. I almost immediately
regretted it, though, because it's an ultra-shitty Crosley record
player that will probably do more to wreck records than to play them
so that they sound good. Or even halfway reasonable.
I would say something like "no wonder you like the mp3 version better"
due to the shittyness of these record players, but actually I think
most GBV stuff was probably meant to sound best on the shittiest
equipment available.

Oh, and 'Get The Knack!' too. Really.
{FallNet} Re: Record Equipment
that makes sense that old thrift store records would sound okay on it;
I think "Get The Knack" was meant to sound that way also.
