Avocado Dessert
1 peeled avocado
2 tbsp sugar or honey
juice of half a lemon
1/2 tsp instant coffee
Mash or blend all ingredients together.
Add an equal amount of vanilla ice cream,
mix well and put into wine glasses.
Freeze for half an hour.
Serves Four.
