Celebrating 60 Years of Bringing It All Back Home

‘March 22nd marks the 60th anniversary of Bringing It All Back Home, the groundbreaking album that signaled yet another direction in Bob Dylan’s career.

‘At just 23, Dylan had already established himself as a masterful songwriter and performer, but with this record, he did something even more daring. Blending folk music and the poetry of the Beats and the French Symbolists with the raw energy of electric instrumentation, Bringing It All Back Home offered the first introduction to the sound that would soon revolutionize popular music. It was more than an album; it was a bold declaration that Dylan was an artist in constant evolution, unafraid to break the mold and redefine the boundaries of his craft.’

"I've decided that art is a habit-forming drug. That's all it is, for the artist, for the collector, for anybody connected with it."

-- Marcel Duchamp

Artist: Marcel Duchamp

The iconic work "Cœurs volants", or "Fluttering Hearts" by (Henri-Robert-Marcel) Duchamp was specially made by the artist (1887-1968) for the cover of the Cahiers d’Art revue, n° 1-2, 11th year, 1936, representing three hearts, one red and two blue, in saturated colors creating between them a 'vibrational optical  reaction'.
